What Are The Exercises And Diet To Be Followed To Loose Weight?

hi,
I m Aaliya, 29 yrs weight - 74, height 5.6
married - 2 kids , 1st is normal delivery at the 21 age girl
2nd scessarion baby boy, but both are premature born in 7 months.
After boy i started gaining weight, because of this i m having pain in knee, back, neck. I have seen to many doctor they recomended to weight loss, i have tried many ways dieting , walking but no result , i gained more weight.
Please help me with the right diet and exercise so that i can loose weight and get rid of this body pain.

Hello! Congratulations for your two wonderful babies. I think if you gave live to 2 miracles you also can lose fat. The key is to consume less calories than you burn. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. A protein diet will help you lose fat and conserve muscle mass which is important for burning calories. For example: breakfast: yogurt fat low percentage, 1/2 fruit of whatever kind, cinammon and seeds.
lunch: fish + salad or 2chicken wings with salad/ soup with salad. Salad is important to increase your intestine peristalsis.
Dinner: one glass of milk + 2 chicken wings. Try to exercise subscribe to the gym, or go running for 40 minutes in open air whatever makes you feel good. Exercise will increase your metabolic rate and you will burn more calories. You have to stick at this kind of lifestyle you will see results within 2 months. If you exercise try to exercise on an empty stomach and consume food after exercise.
