Hi,

Both tobacco and marijuana have a lot of harmful effects on the body. Both can cause lung disorders. Tobacco is also known to cause heart disease, cancers, gastritis and also affects your skin, making it dull and wrinkled. The damage is gradual and progressive and many times, it takes years for the effects to manifest. Marijuana can increase your risk of developing anxiety disorder, psychosis and even stroke. In my opinion, you should quit as early as possible, or at least cut down to reduce the damage.

Hope this is of help. Best wishes.
