What Are The Effects Of Milk And Meat On Weight Loss?

Good evening doctor. I have a question regarding the effects that milk and meat have an impact on weight loss. From what i ve been reading, some people say that milk can actually slow down the process and that milk is not all so good for your health either. I am becoming vegan now due to many reasons regarding animal cruelty, so which foods can assist me in this direction, keeping me healthy and without weight gain. I am 26 now, dont really consume alcohol too often with my friends. Only thing is my insomnia and BPD & SAD disorders. Maybe my diet can influence these aspects also, instead of taking my nitrazepam, xanor and stilnox cr. If you can please give me some advise. Thank you. JP

I think having a good lifestyle would help you in the general well being, physical and mental well being. Milk is good for your health it contains proteins and Ca. You can it beans product they are a good source of mineral and vitamins. Exercising can help you a lot, it makes you release stres, the happiness hormone is secreted during exercise.
