Good evening doctor. I have a question regarding the effects that milk and meat have an impact on weight loss. From what i ve been reading, some people say that milk can actually slow down the process and that milk is not all so good for your health either. I am becoming vegan now due to many reasons regarding animal cruelty, so which foods can assist me in this direction, keeping me healthy and without weight gain. I am 26 now, dont really consume alcohol too often with my friends. Only thing is my insomnia and BPD & SAD disorders. Maybe my diet can influence these aspects also, instead of taking my nitrazepam, xanor and stilnox cr. If you can please give me some advise. Thank you. JP
