What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

my age 24 weight 59 kg me and my husband are planning for pregnancy.iam regular with my periods.they have never been late.my first day of last menstrual period was on august 2,2011.my cycle lenght is 25 days.now my period is 4 days late,i need to urinate frequently and iam having mild pain on left side of lower abdomen that is not very severe..does all these mean im pregnant??when can i go for pregnancy test to get exact result

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion urine pregnancy test gives accurate results if done a week after missed period.Your symptoms might suggest pregnancy but confirmation is to be done.Pregnancy symptoms are nausea,vomitings,increased urination,sore breasts etc.
