What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi,I am 23 years old my last period was nov. 4. 2015 I keep getting negative pregnancy tests. My cycle is never late always usually 27 or 28 days. Im on cycle day 34 now. Having alot of early pregnancy symptoms. could it be too soon to tell with a urine test?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pregnancy is one of the cause that needs to be considered in a person with delay in getting periods in a sexually active person.
However, sometimes due to decreased hormonal levels or due to decreased excretion of it in urine, urine pregnancy test could be negative in early stages of pregnancy.
In that case, you can confirm the status of pregnancy by:
1. Measurement of serum beta hCG levels in blood sample.
2. Trans-vaginal Ultrasound Scan (TVS).
Kindly get the above tests done and Consult Gynecologist with the report for appropriate evaluation and management.
