Hello
Since your partner is NEGATIVE for HIV infection , so why are you worrying.
Anyhow, I am writing early symptoms , so that you will get some information about HIV.
Approximately 50-70% of infected individuals experience an acute syndrome following primary infection. The acute syndrome follows infection by 3-6 weeks. Symptoms are:
Fever,
pharyngitis, headache /retro-orbital pain, arthralgias/myalgias, lethary/malaise,
LYMPHADENOPATHY,anorexia/
weight loss, nausea/vomiting/
diarrhea.
Erythematous maculopapular rashes.
Mucocutaneous ulcerations ( on tongue and in mouth).
So you are not having most of these symptoms , so no chance of HIV infection.
Still you are in
paranoia , so get in P24 rapid nucleic acid amplification test as early as possible .
Window period as I mentioned is after 2 weeks of initial infection.
Good luck.
