Is there a list i can get for all the do's and don't for hyperthyrodism? Also is there a good diet i can follow to help me lose weight? What foods should i stay away from? What suplements should i stay away from? Is there a weight loss pill, natural, or perscribed i can take to help?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hyperthyroidism. As such there is not much role of diet and other things. Only important thing is medicine. You should take anti thyroid medicine like propylthiouracil or methimazole according to advise.

Maintain your TSH level in normal range. It will help you to maintain your weight.

Hyperthyroidism leads to weight loss and hypothyroidism leads to weight gain so you need to maintain normal thyroid state.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you very good health.
