What Are The Do's And Don'ts For A Marijuana Smoker Before Blood Donation

Hi Doc, Am a regular Marijuana smoker and would like to know the do's and don'ts before blood donation....
I know i shouldn't be smoking it at all.... currently i am and i need to donate blood....Would really appreciate if you could answer asap.

Should be off marijuana ideally at least 5 days prior. It isnt that big of a deal. If, however, you have ever injected drugs you should not donate blood.
