What Are The Dark Spots Looks Like Freckles?

Hi, my sister has discovered these dark spots looks like freckles. I do believe it has to do something with sun exposure but she is afraid that she might get "skin cancer". Is there any other way for her to prevent this from spreading around? To cure this dark spots.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Freckles are flat, brown to tan macules which are common in those who are fair skinned and appear most prominent in sun exposed areas

For freckles you could use kojivit gel during day time and Azaleic acid gel (Aziderm) for night time use.

You can also opt for chemical peeling session from a dermatologist. Glycolic peel and Kojic acid peel can both effectively diminish freckles.

Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen gel, 1/2 hour before stepping out in the sun and regularly throughout the day

An Oral Vit C supplement would also help with pigmentation.
