What Are The Dark And Itchy Patches On My Neck?

I have had patches that are dark and seem like pimples but are incredibly small on my neck there is probably hundreds of them on my neck. I have been to different doctors with no success. They sometimes its and leave my skin very dry. What are they and what can i use?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having keratosis pilaris.
My treatment advice is -
1. It is a chronic condition with winter exacerbation.
2. Apply a tretinoin 0.025% cream once at night on affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin A supplement once daily for 2 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical benzoyl peroxide, oral isotretinoin and chemical peels done only after consulting a dermatologist.
