u have anxiety disorder
u r feeling not well and ur mind fear to happen some bad thing
u need to do regular exercise and yoga
do not keep urself alone as loneliness is predisposing factor
eat healthy diet
be positive and keep faith in god
if all these fail then better to consult psychologist

You have not mentioned your age/sex or your background, which could have shed more light on your problem. Not feeling good without any reason may be due to many reasons and most of them are very common and transient (as a reaction to stress, boredom, during periods etc). If the problem persists for longer duration or significantly affects your lifestyle, then you need a proper psychiatric evaluation to see if you are suffering from conditions like anxiety or depression, which might require treatment.
