Hello,
In the manner described, there is very little chance of getting pregnant. It is true that pre-ejaculate has sufficient sperm in it to cause conception, should this happen at the time of ovulation. The pre-ejaculate in this way can cause conception, if it is deposited directly on the vagina. If your friend had some pre-ejaculate on her finger, this can be a risk. This is because she had the sperm in this context get into direct contact with her tissues. If she happened to be during her safe period, nothing happens. Please wait for her next natural period and go for a HPT if she misses it or get a blood test for pregnancy ten days after the incident. Hope this helps.
