What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy While On Loestrin Fe Medicine?

Hello! So I am taking Lo Lowstrin Fe. I am on my second pack. During the 2nd week I missed 3 or 4 pills. But I remember taking 4 pills all at once. Then continued taking 1 a day. I saw later that what I did was wrong. Today I had sex. I wanted to know if I m protected from pregnancy or not until I start my new pack? I am on my 4th week. I took my first white pill today.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Missing birth control pills is the main cause for failure of protection against pregnancy.
It is not correct what you have done to miss 4 pills and taking all of them at once.
In case you do miss a pill, it is advisable to use other methods like barrier (condoms) and spermicidal gels to ensure protected while you have intercourse.
Kindly wait till you get your periods this time.
In case it is delayed for more than a week, you can get a Urine Pregnancy Test done and consult Gynecologist for further management.
