What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy If One Has Heart Beat And Other Not?

hello doctor...presently iam 9 weeks old in pregnancy. 2 weeks nack, i had a heavy bleeding with clots. 1st scan said that the sac is irregular in shape and no heart beat with soem fibroids. they told me that i am likely to miscarry. Next day, instead of dropping HCG levels, my HCD levels started increasing. Then, they took me to an internal scan and confirmed that i have 2 sacs (twin) and one is having a heart beat. while the other is not. LAst week, again went for a scan and they told me that both the sacs are regular in size, yolk sacs seen. But 1 is having heart beat of 135 bpm and the other is not. I am having light spotting once or twice a day now. There is a huge blood clot of size 4x2.5 cm near 2nd sac which is not having a heart beat. Plz tell me the chances of my pregnancy.
