What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy For Females With Thick Uterus Lining & Irregular Periods ?

Hi I am having irregular period of 45 to 50days cycle. From 8 months it s changes to 60 days .In April my periods was heavy bleeding with clots for 20 days. Gp suggested to take norethisterone and I took for 8 days . I got heavy periods after 2 days of stopping. Now I am trying to get pregnant, will I ovulate for 45 to 50 cycle or 60 days cycle. I gone for ultrasound pelvic scanning when I was on norethisterone, and result shows thick uterus lining. Please clarify will I ovulate with this problem and can get pregnant ,

Dear member
Thanks for writing.
You are having irregular cycles due to anovulation. In absence if ovulating the cycles are irregular and the uterus lining grows and there is heavy flow.
You will have difficulty in conceiving due to absence of ovulation and due to anemia.
Please do following test
TSH,FSH, PROLACTIN. LH.
Ultrasound for polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Please write back with reports.
You will need drugs to correct your cycle.
Later ovulation induction will help you conceive.
Thanks
