What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy During Periods?

okay I ve been searching for the answer and I m getting so many different answers and don t know what to trust. A few days ago me and my boyfriend didn t have sex, and we never have, but I did give him a handjob and got he touched the precum on his hands. I was on my period and didn t mention it, so right after he tried to finger me for a second before I told him but didn t go that far up, I m just scared that sperm could travel up and cause pregnancy, but I m not sure cause I had a tampon in. And also the precum might have been dry but I m not sure. Please help, thank you.

I understand your concern. It is highly unlikely to get pregnant when you are on your periods. Fertile period on a 28 day cycle is from 8-18th day. Precum might contain live sperms which can cause pregnancy. But sperms can survive outside the human body only for few minutes.
