What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Ejaculation?
Hi, I had sex with a girl this evening but was too tired to continue and withdrew before ejaculation. The condom came off just as I withdrew and maybe my penis touched her vagina in the process for a few seconds. She told me that she was not ovulating and that she had an operation many years ago and has only one ovary and doctors have time her that she would need special treatment if she wanted to get pregnant. What is the estimated pregnancy risk in this case. Many thanks for your advice.

Hi, I understand your query. Conception needs ovulation in woman & deposition of sperms in vagina. From your information You had used condom & withdrew before ejaculation. Now even if some semen had dropped in vagina after withdrawal,, your girl was not ovulating, reducing your chance of conception to nil. However single ovary , with normal ovulation does have a chance of conception. The chances of conception are 50 % reduced in single ovary ladies. You have no chance of conception, provided the ovulation was really absent. thanks.
