What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With Missed Period?

Missed period.. My last peeiod started on 09/01/12 and lasted only 3 days. My next period was due 13/02/12 and 6 days beforehand I started bleeding which only lasted a day. Today, 05/03/12, I am currently 3 weeks late and started a very light flow. Today would be my ovulation day if I had had my period. I have been feeling nauseous, huge, tender breasts, mild cramping and exhausted all the time. I have taken 4 upt since the day of my missed period, all of which have come up negative. Am i holding a false hope of being pregnant? I m very confused.

One day bleeding 6 days prior to your expected menses has caused all this confusion for you, and even ours also. It is likely that this bleeding was not your regular menses but bleeding due to some other reason.
Your symptoms, particularly increase in the size and tenderness in the beasts with nausea is pointing towards the possibility of pregnancy; however these symptoms are many a times false indicators of pregnancy. The very fact that your 4 UPT are negative is highly suggestive that you are not pregnant. Still I would suggest you to get examined from an Obstetrician for diagnosis or ruling out of pregnancy. Also Ultrasonography at this stage would be confirmative.
If you are not pregnant, I would suggest you to get investigated for the consecutive two episodes of irregular menses. This will answer your query regarding any problem in getting pregnant also.
You should have mentioned your age. At the two extremes of menstrual life, the periods are irregular. Otherwise are your periods regular?
