Dear Doctor , My query is about the sex, yesterday i was indulge in sex with sex worker, that time my condom was removed from my penis & i think that without condom my penis enter the vagina , so i am afraid about that, and it is my first time to get sex, so plz clarified my query?

UNSAFE SEX WITH A SEX WORKER MAY BRING HIV IN FIRST INTERCOURSE IF SHE IS POSITIVE GET HIV I AND II TEST AFTER 06 WKS AND 03 MONTHS IF NEGATIVE RELAX.

For HIV infection, unprotected intercourse done even once is sufficient for transmission of HIV. Confirmation is only done by specific tests for HIV like western blot,PCR and ELISA.
