Hi,
With a history of previous three cesarean sections, your pregnancy should be monitored very carefully and terminated at the earliest sign of any complication arising, like scar weakness or fetal jeopardy. If the parameters are going good, there is no need to go for an early delivery. A planned surgery may be performed as the lower uterine segment becomes well formed at maturity as this lessens the chances of maternal hemorrhage during the procedure. Please do not stress as this can do more harm; take adequate rest and do not exert. Wish you safe motherhood.
