What Are The Chances Of Down Syndrome During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor i'm 13 weeks 6 days pregnent. my result in nuchal transluency test is 3.1mm.i'm 27 years old.First trimester screening has been done.Result shows screen positive & risk for down's is 1:240.My doctor says that further in 15 th week they`ll do fluid test.My query is please tell me whether there are much chances for having the result in fluid test as no down syndrome at all.

Yes, there are much chances for having the result in fluid test as no down syndrome at all. since normally NT Should be ,3mm at a particular period of pregnancy i.e before 13 weeks. That is why ur doctor wants to rule out the risk in ur case.
