What Are The Chances Of Conceiving With Blocked Tube?

hi sir i am 30 years old . i have a baby she is 8 years old. and from 4 years i am trying to conceive, but didnt work out. in the month of february 2011 i had gone through hsg and dr. told me that my right tube is blocked.can i still conceive with blocked tube. after how many months can i conceive after hsg. what are the chances of pregnancy with one tube. my all other tests are normal.

Hi.

Chances with concpetion still exists but the number of tries may increase until you can finally conceive. Checking on the cause for the blockage is important as some conditions (e.g. TB) also cause such a presentation and require treatment.

Also it is best to start conceiving only once your doctor gives you the go ahead.
