What Are The Chances Of Conceiving When I Have Hydrosalpinx?

my HSG report say Hydrosalpinx of right side and likely fimbrial block on left side,local spillage of contrast into peritonial cavity seen on left side. there is no spillage of contrast through right sided fallopian tube.........earlier I ve two full term c- sec delivery and two miss carriages. what are my chances of conceiving..................

Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

With both tubes damaged you are unlikely to conceive.

The option for you if you are very keen to conceive would be to go for IVF/test tube baby.

The mode of delivery the next time will be caesarean again, so do be prepared for associated complications.

You may also require a laparoscopy to disconnect the tubes before any IVF is attempted.
