Hello sir,I understand your concern. In my opinion placenta praevia is a condition where in causeless ,painless bleeding occurs.Type 2 mild grade of placenta praevia. We cannot definitely say the chances and amount of bleeding.Bleeding varies from no bleeding, just spotting once or recurrently or frank bleeding. But only thing in our hands is to take strict bed rest and avoid provocative factors like physical strain, intercourse etc.Bleeding might cause anaemia in mother and fetal distress.Dont worry as it is 2 nd grade with proper care complications might be no or less.
