What Are The Chances Of STD When Not Using Condoms?
I had unprotected sex with 2 different women 2 weeks ago. The first women I was wearing a condom for almost the entire duration (save the last 30 seconds). The next, I didn't use one at all, and we had intercourse several times over the course of several days. It's been over 2 weeks since then and I've had no symptoms. My friend recently got tested and said that the doctors told him that if there are no symptoms after a month that a person is likely OK (at least the common ones). Any truth in that or should I get tested anyways?
You have taken a very big risk on both occasions by having sex without condoms even if it was for 30 seconds. There is enough chance of infections getting transmitted if the women were infected on both occasions.
You must know if you are infected with HIV infection. Early diagnosis and management is the best way out. Even if you have no symptoms, there are conditions which can remain dormant for few weeks to months and then cause the illness and HIV is the most important among them. For the rest of the condtions, you may wait if you get the symptoms. Please use condoms for sex always.
