Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I think you have nothing to worry about. Penetrative sex has the highest risk, which is not the case here. In your case there was just body rubbing, kissing and nipple sucking involved.
Saliva has anti
HIV properties. Unless and until there are sores in the
oral mucosa of the person giving
oral sex, the risk is almost negligible. Moreover, the intact skin of nipples unlike a mucosal surface is very hardy for the HIV virus to get into your blood stream.
Regarding the possibility of HIV entering into your blood stream through the
rash or minor scratches, I must tell you for HIV to enter the blood stream it should be a fresh wound (actively bleeding); a paper cut scratch won't allow HIV to enter blood stream.
I think you are safe and you have nothing to worry about this particular exposure. Your symptoms are most likely due to an unrelated illness/cause.
However, if you still want to test for your own peace of mind you may take an HIV Combo test now. This test has a high sensitivity for detection of HIV infection (99.8% after just 1 month of sexual incident).
