your history is s/o hypothyroidism.if you are planning for a baby then first you have to keep the TSH between 1 to 2.for that you have to consult a good endocrinology and control your hypothyroidsm using thyroxine.if you can keep your TSH level b/n 1 to 2 then there will not be any problem othervise it can affect pregnancy out come.it is more good if you reduce your wt also.all the best hope that it will help you!
