What Are The Causes & Treatment For Blood Blister Son Arms?
Hi, for the last 6 or so months I wake up with blood blister on my arms. I don t touch them so in a couple of days they aren t raised any more just flat with my skin. some are half dollar size some smaller, but when they flatten it takes a few weeks for them to disappear and new blood blister will appear. I am 56 no prednisone, what can I do? what is it?
If the blood blister are occurring frequently for the last 6 months, I suggest to get checked by a doctor (dermatologist) when the blood blister are present.
Further blood tests are also necessary : - complete blood profile - thrombocytes levels - INR and prothrombin time (PT)
to evaluate if any changes in your blood.
I also advise to be careful when moving around in the house or work-place; try to put objects aside to avoid accidental hit.
Hope it helped! Dr.Albana
