What Are The Causes That Could Lead To Elevated Urine Creatinine Level?

Hello. My husband had a bunch of routine lab work ran and everything was normal except his urine creatinine was 328.8. He is 33 years old and very healthy, pretty much negative health history. Is this anything to be concerned about and what are the potential causes of this? Thank you. :)

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Yes, the creatinine in urine is very much elevated.
2. Diet rich in meat and exercise increase amount of creatinine in urine.
3. Not to worry, get it tested after a month with normal diet and moderate exercise, it will return to normal. No side effects, it indicates good renal function. If it was lower, it would have been worrisome.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
