Hi, I am 25 years old newly married woman.From last 2 months my menstrual period is getting prepond. What are the causes of this situation?

Preponement of periods specially in newly married is usually due to environmental change or psychological stress which changes the hormonal levels.Either you wait and watch for it to settle down in next 2-3 months or take oral contraceptives to regularize your periods.
