welcome to HCM!

From my clinical experince I can say that this throbbing sensation, feeling weird and, pressure --if it is all without headache, then please get it investigated at least once.

You should either consult a physician or preffrably a neurologist. He may get a scan of brain or go for EEG recording.
The details in the question donot tell anything about the variation or timings of this complaint, so not much can be guessed right now.

You should also get your blood pressure recorded, as it may be related to high BP.

Hope the reply is useful
