What Are The Causes Of Having Faster Heart Beat And Lightheadedness?

I am sitting at a computer, was at lunch, no caffeine today (pericarditis a year ago). I'm 49 and now and then feeling my heart beat and seems to be going a little faster for no reason (not a heavy palpitation) and now and then light headed. Thoughts?

Get an ECG and ECHO. Review the reports with your cardiologist as early as possible . There might be some conduction / rhythm disorder Regards Dr sumer
