What are the causes of adult acne and how can acne scars be treated ?

hello, what is the most common acne treatment. i have pimples that come and go, but i have some scars that are permenant. so what can i use, that has absolutley no side effects??

Thanks for query,
Wash face with good face wash 2-3 times a day.
Use retino cream or Acnequit cream.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Avoid stress and tension.
Take multi vitamin A,D,and E.
Take green veggies.
