Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that there is some problem with your liver. In the follow up examinations, the doctors may decide the diagnosis. Probably they don't want to bother you with the cumbersome tests.
The symptoms may be due to irritable bowels. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms hepamerz tablets, ranitidine, and dicyclomine hydrochloride.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
