hi welcome to health care magic.see you dont mention how many heart beat in 1 min .normal between 60 to 80 but it may increase on exertion till 150 but you feel discomfort for friction of time then ok then no need to worry and question of louder because of exercise and it should be normal after time so no need to worry.

Hi,thanks for query. If you are doing same amount of exercise that you were doing previously and having this ,you need to look for the cause. The causes may be some form of weakness, rise in blood pressure, excessive perspiration etc.The better option is visit your doctor and get our self examined. In mean time take good diet and drink more of fluids and do not exercise very strenuously.
wishing you good health.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum
It is the matter of worry only if you have any associated symptoms even mildest like short breath on exertion, pain behind sternum, numbness, discomfort etc ever. louder hb can be due to physiological causes also like over exercise, stress. wait for 2 3 days and visit the physician only if the problem persists. there is no big matter of worry so plz relax.
I hope I answered your query. Wish you good health.
