What Are The Causes For Having Headache, Stiff Neck And Occasional Nausea?

Have had a headache for 6 days straight and it is not letting up. Also, stiff neck is present along with occasional nausea. Bothering the hell out of me and I m starting to worry about the rare stuff such as a brain tumor or menegitis. Any suggestions?
