What Are The Causes And Treatment Of Asthma?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...
My name is Legesse, from Ethiopia
29 years old, 1 m and 71 cm tall, 63 kg in weight.
I have been suffering from...I don't know to mention the type of disorder...rather let me tell you symptoms.
I feel extreme cold at the center of my head and when I walk up in the morning, I found dried substances in my noses.I don't feel comfort around my nose and in my face.
I remove them while I wash. I saw a doctor suspecting I had asthma. I had x-ray and the doctor told me that I'm not.
I would like to know the causes of it and how to treat
