What Are The Black Spots On My Back And Itching Below My Thighs?

Hello Doctor I want a consultation,
I am 24 years old Indian Guy I have had protected Sex with a prostitute one year ago only Vaginal intercourse nothing else. Condom was on the whole time and it was KOHINOOR CONDOM (LATEX ONE) I have had black spots on my upper back which are permanent and I have itchiness below my thighs. After 6 months I did Elisa Test it was negative I am very very worried about the infection. I want complete information on the same. Please help me !!!!

thank you for query.It may be due to fungal infection.Please take following precautions.Use loose cotton clothes.Keep area dry.Apply antifungals like terbinafine which is fungicidal.Once subsides use regularly antifungal dusting powders like candid or absorb powder to prevent recurrence.consult doctor if does not subside.the rashes are not related to HIV and you have been tested negative.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
