Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello sir. There is nothing like best medicin for pneumonia, and also amoebic infection of infants is very rare condition. In an infant of 10 months, bacterial and viral pneumonias are very common with presentation of cough and fever. You should probably go to the pediatrician, get some investigations of blood ,and Xray Chest done to differentiate between the two infections and then the pediatrician after comparing clinical picture and laboratory investigations, will think of changing of withhelding antibiotics. Thank you.
