Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
Coffee per se is not harmful, if excessive amount are avoided; Exact amount of coffee per cup also matters. Caffeine in coffee is an stimulating chemical. You can decrease amount of coffee powder per cup, IInd try to replace it with other drinks like lemon water, mattha (butter milk), luke warm water etc. For dental staining, brush properly & consult a dentist for scaling.
Good luck.
