Hello, doctor. I am 28yr old female. I weigh about 65kgs and am 5.3 ft tall. I have recently started out playing arm-wrestling, 4 months to be exact. I have been selected to represent my country in the World Championship. I wanted to know about the advantages and disadvantages of using Creatine. Please, help.
