What Are Symptoms Of Menopause?

Not sure if I have a virus or menopause symptoms, I have nausea, hot and cold and flashes, muscle aches and shakiness. I have felt awful for the last week. I am 50, recently started with hot flashes the last couple of months. My period stopped 2 months ago. I have had severe morning sickness when pregnant with my children years ago and that is what this feels like. I do not have a fever or diarrhea. Can this be hormones changing and what should I do?

Hello
This could be due to hormonal imbalances at or near menopause
In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin,CBC, Liver and thyroid function test
And an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis

Meanwhile have good balanced food with plenty of fruits and vegetables
engage yourself into pleasurable activities like pursuing your hobbies
exercise regularly like jogging and swimming
Have multivitamin supplements

Hope this helps you
your valuable feedback will be highly appreciated
Wish you good health
