What Are Symptoms Of Urinary Infections?

I am spinal cord injured male using condom catheter from past 7 years. From past 2 days I am facing level 10 headaches while only urinating, they last for 40-50 seconds. Few years ago i had the same experience but after few days nothing happened. Is it urinary infection or something else?Yes, I am certainly going to seek doctor s help tomorrow, but i am happy to hear second opinion, thanks in advance.

I understand your concern.
Symptoms of urinary infection are..frequency , burning or pain while urination./ low grade fever with chill off &on./ pain in back,above pubic boneor radiating from back to front of abdomen upto bladder.
Such pain while urination can be due to urinary infection/diabetes/infection or inflammation in pelvis (pelvic inflammation in ladires,prostate problyem in main)/bladder problems.
