What Are Symptoms For Having Contracted STD?

I am a 21 yr old male and recently had a one night stand however i was too drunk to get it up. She seemed very classy and clean. All that happened was I rubbed the tip of my penis on the outside of her vagina as well as 1 maybe 2 full penetration thrusts seeing as i got hard for like 15 seconds. The whole thing was only a couple of minutes long. I did not use a condom and do not know the woman. I have no burning during urination, no abnormal discharges from the penis or anus, no growths or bumps, no pain, everything seems 100% completely normal as it has ever been down there. I however am a chronic worrier and haven't stopped thinking that i may have put my self at risk. I have little to no cash and do not have my insurance card on me and im at school hundreds of miles from home, similarly i dont want to tell my parents about it so i cant get the card to go get tested. Should i be worried? how easy is it catch an std in a situation like this? How at risk am I? She was a classy clean woman.

Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Unprotected sex is a risk factor for all STD's.
The longer the sex carries on the higher the risk because there would be more wear and tear and therefore there would be more chances that the infecting microbe would enter the body through those microscopic tears.
Having said that, one cannot assume to be safe from an STD just because the sexual act lasted for a short while.
Moreover, STD's e.g herpes, genital warts, molluscum etc may be clinically silent initially and may manifest later.
I would therefore advice you to get tested for all STD's at appropriate intervals.
Testing for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Genital Herpes is recommended.
If you notice any bumps/ warts/ growths, urethral discharge, sores/ erosions you must get yourselves checked with a venereologist.

Regards
Always practice safe sex with a condom!
