What Are Swollen Vagina, Burning Urination And Yellow Discharge Suggestive Of?

My vagina is swollen, including the labia and folds near the center to my bottom. It is very sensitive, it s also painful to urinate and there is a burning sensation Throughout. On my clitoris there is a small yellow bump which is painful to the touch and the color of my discharge is yellow. can someone tell me what may be wrong?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that you could be having severe mixed infection of external genital tract.
Kindly do the following to overcome your problem.
1. Keep your genitals healthy by washing everyday twice daily with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon.
2. Take a course of antifungal medication like Fluconazole.
3. Take a course of antibacterial medication like Metronidazole.
4. Take analgesic medication like Ibuprofen for pain.
5. Apply Hydrocortisone cream topically on lesions to reduce swelling.
6. Wear loose fitting undergarments to avoid friction and abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
