What Are Side Effects Of Taking Xanax And Tylenol Together?

I took a .5 Xanax last night around 8 o clock. It helped but gave me a little bit of a headache afterwards, so at about midnight my mom gave me two Tylenol PM s to help me get rid of it and get some sleep. It made me a bit anxious but I knocked out and woke up this morning a little groggy. I was talking to someone about it and started feeling pretty dizzy and weak and really concerned about the combination. I can t tell if I am having some bad reaction from taking the two of them together or if I am stressing myself out and causing this feeling myself

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The use of the xanax and the tylenol pm would cause the dizziness and the weak sensation.
The use of two agents that cause drowsiness would cause this reaction.

Plain tylenol (not the pm variety) may have been the better option for you.

I hope this helps
