What Are Side Effects Of Taking Perinorm Tablets While Breast Feeding?

Hi.. M a mother of 3 months old boy. M having lactation issues right from delivery.. Previously I was taking lactare and galact powder. For past one month I had perinorm tablets.. I took six tablets per day.. I stopped It last Saturday.. Now I have very low milk supply.. Does it has any side effects? Please suggest a solution for this

I understand your concern
Following are the side effects of the perinorm:
Fatigue, shaking,drowsiness, restlessness and slow heartbeats.
Used it for 3-4 week to increase the lactation.
You can take following advices to increase the milk supply:
Offer breast milk every 2 hourly as it increased the breast milk production, offer both breast simultaneously and ensure there is proper attachment of baby to breast.
Take High protein diet,garlic, jeera, wheat and fruits like papaya.
Natural remedies: drum stick leave/juice can be use.
Drink 2-3 liters fluid daily and take 2-3 glass of milk daily.
