General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query
Am really sorry to hear what you have been through.
Crohn's disease - have you or anyone in your family (parents, sibling) been diagnosed with this disease.
Most of your signs and symptoms correlate with it
It is an auto immune disorder where your body's natural immunity attacks organisms or cells which are normally present in the body.
I would like you to clarify a few things.
1. are you a diabetic or hypertensive?
2. Did anyone else in your family have similar issues?
3. Were you always a teetotaller?
4. What medications were you on for the loose stools?
5. Were you advised for a repeat scan or endoscopy/colonoscopy?

High Crp, cholesterol, triglycerides puts you at a high risk for heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
I would recommend a consult with your physician and gastroenterologist to treat these risks and inflammatory bowel disease respectively.
Hope I've helped.
Please feel free to ask for any clarification
Wish you the best
