Hi Vasudha
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
She is diabetic evident from these tests.
She should consult Diabetologist and get HbA1c tested. This test shows the glucose levels for the past 3 months .This test value should be maintained below 6 and this can motivate her to change her lifestyle and stick to medication.
Hope I answered your question. If you need more information feel free to mail me.
Take care

Hi vasudha,
It is confirmed that it is diabetes.Consult a best diabetologist. so they can advise few medicine to get it controlled since intially to control these are required. if her first doses of medicine are able to control it, it is good & keep regular checks on sugar level at least once in a month.
her diet plays a major rule in diabetic . so she has to restrict her charbhohydrate intake & fill her meals with protein rich & fiberous foods like raw salads.
do regular exercises at one's comfort level to keep your metablosim & horomones refreshing.
Dont get stressed & panic.
If she take few steps to modify her life style she can manage her diabetic with mild dosage of medicines / without
