l am good heath 74 years old my dad died at 79 my mom died at 73years old my dad was a slck man foratleast15 years my mom not so much both diedof stroke orheartattack my blood work is perfectaswellasbloodpreasure whataremy chances of living iexercise 4 days aweek don t smoke towhat age

From your details, it appears you have a history of heart disease in the family which would be a risk factor. Howevwr, if you do not smoke, eat a healthy low fat diet, keep
your weight within normal limits and exercise regularly, you are giving yourself
the best chance of living a long and healthy life. I suggest you speak to your doctor regarding starting statins as these have been shown to reduce the occurrence of heart attacks in those at risk.
